Kaleo Internships

We are so excited you are interested in applying for a Kaleo internship. As we launch this new program we hope that it will be beneficial to both you and the Kaleo project. You can expect an internship position to feel like a part-time job throughout the summer. you will have reoccurring weekly meetings and projects as well as opportunities to serve at special events.

It is encouraged that you fundraise for your time spent working during the internship program, but you will also have the option to get another part-time job depending on the hours required by your position. Details about fundraising amounts and work hours will be provided upon request.
Videography
Media internship
The Videography intern entails creating videos for Kaleo that meet the project’s needs, whether for communication or entertainment purposes. This student will also collaborate with other media and administrative interns to help plan and execute Kaleo programs and events.

Photography
Media internship
The Photography intern is responsible for providing all photography needs for Kaleo events, as well as any specific needs for the project throughout the summer. The student will shoot, edit and catalogue their photographs for current and future use. This student will also collaborate with other media and administrative interns to help plan and execute Kaleo programs and events.

Graphic Design
Media internship
The Graphic Design intern will create designs and branding for Kaleo programs and resources, as well as for StuMo programs and resources back on campus. The overall aim is to present graphic design materials in a clean, coherent, timely manner that meet the objectives of the Kaleo or on-campus event
or resource.

Communication
Administrative internship
The Communications intern will be responsible for aiding project-wide communications through internal and external emails, texts and newsletters. This student will oversee all Kaleo social media platforms. This student will also collaborate with the other media and administrative interns to help execute Kaleo programs
and events.
